Yesterday was the last sunny day of the year. We celebrated it with some coffee drinks:

Yesterday was probably one of our last sunny days as well. It's been raining on and off all day. Hoping it will hold off until later tonight. More than likely though it will start pouring 15 minutes after I leave the house. Still a nice autumn day though.

Rained like hell this morning and this afternoon was gorgeous riding weather. Had to go make the booze money though so no Bobber time for me today.

It is still bone dry around here a month into the normal rainy season. Wildfires in sight less than 10mi. away and smelling heavy smoke everywhere with ash blowing by. Every Goddamn year this is happening because the do nothing Dems that run the state only care about illegals and not about public safety for citizens. They could do firebreaks and controlled burning during the off season like they did when this was a red State. Going to stay indoors today so I don't have to breathe unfiltered air. Will get my dust mask to walk to the local market for more booze this afternoon.

Cold has moved in. Riding season may be over. Hoping for a short warm spell this month. Dreading packing Betty away for the winter.

Yeah, this is crazy weather. It was in the 90's today in SoCal being West of the Arctic blast thru the midwest and East coast. This ain't natural. This is climate engineering. Think about it next time you see a jet laying down a long white trail. It's not water vapor.
