I absolutely second this, "Father of the Forums" is a fan-drunken-tastically apt title for the Judge, and well-earned, too!

Judge is not only a father, but a grandfather. As is Grumpy, by the way. I would say both exemplify the Daddy ideal. But, since Grumpy chooses to opt out of this social drunkard board, and Judge has served honorably and well at the MDMF, I throw my scarf in the ring for Mark the Magnificent.

In for the Judge. Totally deserved.

Agree upon this I do.

And a shot I shall have to honor him.

Cheers.

Happy Father's Day to all you drunken dads.

For everyone else, don't forget to call your pop to tell him thanks for slippin' the bone to your mom.

If your dad is no longer with us, let us know and we'll join you in hoisting one in his honor.
DRINK!

And thanks for putting that visual in my mind. You know I have enough mental issues as it is.

My dad died because he refused dialysis five times a week. He died comatose, getting morphine on his gums but not water or nourishment. His choice. After mom died, he just didn't give a damn. I sat with him, and my youngest daughter sat with me, and there was nothing to do but stroke his dry brow and talk to him, because maybe he could hear us. He died in his home, with the help of hospice, and now they say I probably have the same thing that took him out. Okay then. I just want Grumpy to make my library shelves for for our new house so I can unpack the seventy-five book boxes that are still unpacked. I could die happy in my library. I miss my old library, and our double pantry, but all in all, this new house is so much nicer for us. I don't believe in sickness and death. Why does it keep happening to the people I love?
