Had to get out of the house today and I had to have seafood, so I rolled down the road to a local redneck pub. 3 tall boy PBR's and a Jameson's on the rocks, that was at least 4 fingers, plus a fried scallop dinner with slaw and onion rings cost me $37 including the tip. Damn I love redneck bars!

Got up early so I could soak my feet to bring down the swelling, dragged a 500lb rock to work, broke the rock into a thousand little rocks, broke the little rocks into a million pebbles, sanded the pebbles until they were like pea gravel, beat the pea gravel into dust, swept the whole lot into a hole.
Dragged a 500 lb rock home, along with the biggest bottle of Jameson they had, am in the process of beating it to dust.

I try to do at least one or two constructive things each day to justify my drinking. I didn't have much on my list today, so I decided to run my truck through the car wash. Unfortunately, everyone else seemed to have the same idea. Doesn't anyone have to work anymore? Anyway, I have earned a drink! Cheers!

Drove 10 hours straight out to Montana. Attended a wake at a bar and helped move furniture. Drove 10 hours back, proceeded directly to bar upon return and drank Long Islands until blacked out.

My "constructive" task for today was to buy a new cell phone. What a racket. These fuckers are worse than used car salesman. Ended up with a $680 phone that's more powerful than most computers, plus it's going to cost me an extra $25/month to run the thing. Brilliant right? I'm already consoling myself with booze and pizza. Fuck it! Cheers!
