Woke up slightly if not greatly hungover from Friday night. Got it together by Noon and by 1pm I was in the saddle at the local beach pub making rounds and accepting rounds till it was time for me to go home. It's tough being a retired old fart.

Well, after a 50 hour work week, I have done exactly dick.

Cinco de Mayo fever took over the neighborhood a day early. The Mexican restaurants were gearing up for a big fiesta. Stopped in early and had juicy chicken tacos, draft Pacifico beer and a shot of Tres Generaciones tequila. It was all downhill after that!

Juicy chicken tacos and beer sounds magnificent. I'd take that tequila in a couple o' frozen margaritas with some sangria swirled in and call it a good day.

As long as you don't go downhill on your spiral staircase, it's all good. Salut!

Got outside and enjoyed a real rarity around these parts - nice weather. Eventually came back indoors to enjoy some good ale. Twas a well rounded day.

Drove 14 hours to Texas for a wedding and then after drove 14 hours back.
