It turns out it's harder than I expected to find a movie star's email. I did find one for one of Guillermo del Toro's production companies. I figure he's probably in a good mood right now.

I got his PM. I don't have paypal. Besides, I don't really want to rely on donations from you lot; because:

a) it won't get me there

Also, if anyone is willing to strip naked at a Trump rally (or similar event) and run around holding a Trillion Trees Project sign trying to get on the news, this would be a big help. Try not to get shot doing it, though.

If I do get there, I think wandering around the strip drinking convenience store beers and rye and looking at all the neon is more my thing.

I've re-activated my Facebook after seven years. Tried to set up a public page called Trillion Trees Project but I may not get it. A Google search revealed there's already something called that. Not on FB though, so if I do get this name it may work to my advantage.

Twitter? Jesus fucking christ! I create an account. It immediately locks me out. I try and pass their stupid fucking I am not a robot test. It fails to send me an SMS code. Ever. I can't even access Help for more than a few seconds before it takes me back to the enter SMS code screen. I log in and out. Half the time the fields aren't active. This thing works like it was designed by a retarded monkey. I decide to start over with a new account. No, my email already has an account so I can't use it. I finally manage to submit a help request over the web. Apparently they'll get back to me in a few days. An email suggests perhaps they locked me out because my chosen name was already taken by someone else. Why didn't they just say it was taken and get me to choose another? Am I supposed to somehow guess what the username of every fucking person on twitter isn't? Fuck!

You really need to build some followers to make this work. Try following about 100 people. Not famous people, just regular folks. Then, every three days or so, unfollow the ones that did not follow you back.

Then, follow 100 more people. amd do the whole thing again and again.

Don't be too serious either. Tweet some funny shit. That will get some attention quickly.
