While pistols at dawn would be the gentlemanly way to settle such an affront, the man in question is clearly not a gentleman but rather some genus of weasel and deserves no less than the dish of your full revenge served cold.

Dr. Frasier, I'm at my wits end with all the dogs in my neighborhood. There are more dogs than people! The dogs shit everywhere and sometimes the owner doesn't pick up the poop. I'm tired of stepping in it! I'm becoming very unfriendly and accosting innocent dog owners walking their stupid ass mutt with plastic bags in hand and reminding them to pick up their dog shit. I told one if I catch someone walking away with their dog from a pile of poop I would grab the sucker and rub his nose in it! I think I'm going to get results because now they see me coming and they move along quickly but there is still poop around! What more can I do?

Do you mean rub the dog owners face in it? I do believe that would be an excellent solution.

I'm going to field this call to my producer and secretary, Mr. Oettinger Kocksack, as he also has to endure these problems on a daily basis so he can assist on a personal level. He recently shared a story about when the snow melts and there is massive amounts of dog excrement underneath and you can see where people stepped in it and then tried to scrape it off on the sidewalk. What a horrific way to live!

In reality, aside from being respectful towards others and picking up their dog's shit, pet owners should actually do it because of parvo (canine parvovirus (CPV) infection -a highly contagious viral illness). It's not good for the animals.

But...stupid people still choose to have pets and reproduce tiny human beings and yet, still feel they are not responsible and culpable for their own actions much less their pets and offspring.

That in itself is a greater problem than just dog shit on the sidewalk. (Thank you Thirsty).

This happens when companies hire webdesigners for a living. They always have to come up with something for redesigning to keep their jobs being worth something.
Yet the tech support stays subpar.
