Friend from ukraine brought some chili vodka with honey to a party once. I loved it

Does the "chili" part of this taste like chili peppers or chili (as in chili con carne)?

Second, Oett, was the honey part of the vodka, or was it served on tbe side?... like "hey bartender, I'll take a chili vodka with a honey chaser"

Ok twunt, it is indeed yellow vodka that`s tasting super sharp with a light honey note. There`s a big red pepper floating in the bottle.
