Riker Rye: a full-bearded, 24th century whiskey with notes of paunch, trombone and machismo.

I've always wondered how Kanar would taste. But here's an image of the bottle it appears in. Odd-looking thing, the foremost one in the center...

Kanar always looked kind of thick and syrupy. One of those Cardassian fellows (or was it Kardashian) got pissed and threw his drink at the mirror. Looked as thick as a loogie it did. Though having tried Malört, I'd be glad to give kanar a spin.

Sounds like kraken. Black, syrupy, with an acquired taste.
Found a Sazerac recipe. It's a bit blasphemous to the Sazerac history.

Huh.
