Any one saying something like "wait, is it day drinking? " will be thrown back into greylife instantly, with their ugly ungrateful face coating the pavement for a while.
The others will drink and screw and dance endlessly until they need to return to administration.

You got me thinking. How about replacing the neighborhood ice cream truck with a booze van built like a roach coach food wagon. You get a RV sized diesel powered vehicle with side opening windows and bar. The problem is most large cities and suburbs don't have an allowance for 'mobile' liquor licenses. It's unheard of. But, could you imagine laying in your crib dozing one afternoon and you are awakened by the pleasant rifts of music spewing from the booze coach as it slowing passed down your street. You would readily awaken and go out front to meet it and have a few rounds as your neighbors joined you curbside at the coach. It would be like going to the pub without leaving home. That is of course if you get along with your neighbors. The coach doesn't care. If fights break out, they just close down shop and head out of there. No need to 86 anyone.
