Let's see... South Carolina passed this law.

South Carolina also flies the Confederate Flag- a symbol of a group that wanted to overthrow the government of the US- on its statehouse lawn. The first time this law is used against some neo-confederate group, the uproar is going to be really, really amusing.

The south didn't want to overthrow the government of the US, they just wanted the government to leave them alone and so they left the union. It's like saying the Americans wanted to overthrow the British during the revolution, they didn't, they just wanted out.

You are right on that one. But I still can't wait to see which jihadist will be first to pay his fee.....

Imagine the suicide bomber that only has tree-fitty in his pockets, and has to go back home.

Naw, he'd just write a bunch of crazy shit on the interwebs and fly his plane into a building killing innocent people while saying "Fuck that $5 and everyone else!"

Fuck that asshat and anyone who thinks he is a hero.

I wonder if you can get a price break if you only apply for a learner's permit?
