If it's Burton and Taylor boozing you want, then try "Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?"
Love that movie.

The Max Fleischer version of Gulliver's Travels.

Although I cannot recommend strongly enough the actual book; here is an audio version to enjoy whilst making cocktails. Do try it, it is a really good book and an acutely sharp satire (people (especially those responsible for the version that starred Jack Black) often forget how funny it is).

The Prophecy (full movie), by now you are, or should be, aware, that I'm a sucker for anything about the (orginal) "Fall"...

Re-Animator. When did horror movies stop being this much fun?

Saw 'Hell Raiser' back in the '90's and it really creeped me out. Just have a tough time watching these flicks.

That was one movie that spent the time and money to replicate the book. They didn't pull any punches either. The '70's was a great time for anti-war films when American Democrats were actually anti-war. Today, the pendulum is over to the other side. It's very hard to find an anti-war Democrat these days so their films (most filmmakers vote Democrat) reflect it.

I was considering putting this in the "Weird Stuff" thread but decided that not only did it deserve its place here but also this thread needed a shot.
So, here it is: Mary and Max*. One of the strangest, drinkiest and funniest "claymation" movies you will ever see. It also has a wonderful soundtrack.
Give it a whirl.

* Sorry, this is just part one (but it is very easy to follow the next parts through to complete the movie - the first link that I put up was sabotaged and replaced by some awful GTA rip-off).

Claymation is one of the oldest techniques to cinema film. This is an example of where it has evolved. Fantastic!

If you are into 'film noir' (Hollywood films in the late 1940's to the early '60's) that were done in B&W and dealt with the dark side of the human condition. That means most of these stories ended up with the protagonist dead in the final act. This was done in Los Angeles in 1945 during WWII. Joan Crawford was the Queen of Noir at the very beginning.(Available on NetFlix)
