For shame! Well, then, here is "M. Hulot's Holidays" avec le magnifique Jacques Tati (and I've put up the 'dubbed to English' version, so people won't need their thinking specs on).

Drink Recommendations: Anything alcoholic. Really, absolutely anything at all.
Well, due to an unexpected thirst on the part of the Grumpy and myself, we were down to some blue Curacao and a bit of Shalimar eau de toilette. Tasted a bit nasty, but our breath has never smelled so lovely.

Not available in US.
I will bet you are a big fan of La Cage aux Folle? It was hilarious!

Did Traffaut do comedy?

What about, "Hellfighters"? John Wayne, amongst others, gulping down huge slugs of liquor whilst putting out massive oil-fires. What's not to like?

The link will take you to a site where you can download or stream not just "Hellfighters" but a slew of other great movies too. Enjoy.

Wow! The Duke. A film of manly action between bouts of wanton alcohol desire. They don't make them like that anymore.

The Case of the Mukkinese Battle-Horn, a half-hour film of utter comedic anarchy, starring Peter Sellers and Spike Milligan.
Drink Recommendations: The old Brandy Alexanders, of course.

Slightly different, in that you'll (probably) never have seen this before.
This is Ron Burgandy: The Lost Story.
A complete film that was made out of the bits cut out of the first movie. It's worth a look and it has Will Ferrell's blessing. So get out the scotch and fire up the movie.
Enjoy.

This was hilarious. Sellers was in his pre Clouseau mode. The guy was a genius. I think he had a big hand in the whole production. Some fine editing.

I'd like to see Heaven and Earth (the Samurai film) again.

If you liked that one, do check out "13 Assassins", a truly awesome Samurai film (that is to Kurasawa's Yojimbo, as Eastwood's Unforgiven is to Ford's Stagecoach).

For a taste of the movie, click here. For the trailer, click here.

Enjoy.
