What about Barfly? That movie hurts so good. Leaving LasVegas gives me ambition. Where the Buffalo Roam and Fear and Loathing gives me a reason to speak to you humans. PeeWees Big Adventure gives me hope, and every other peice of shit flick gives me a reason to make a drinking game.

What about the king of all drinking movies? Strangebrew!
Savage: "Unkle Lemmy looks just like his avatar, and that is hawt. Also, he sends me a crate of bourbon every month and for this, when I die, he will inherit my castle in Savagonia, and my 72 virgins. (They are all good boys, and very hard workers.)"

Barfly, obviously. Leaving Las Vegas, definitely. The Lost Weekend, absolutely. And also Trees Lounge!

damn, haven't seen that in 6 or 7 years. Sure would like to watch it drunk again, like I did the only other time I've seen it.

Monday we all got shitfaced and watched Dolomite for our weekly Manday meeting of the Bloomington No Ma'am chapter. BIIIIIIITCH, are you fo REEE-UL?!?!?!?![/quote]

What a classic fucking movie. My favorite part is when he's addressing the self-defense class of 40 year old white women and he's like "Dolemite is my name, and fuckin up muthafuckas is my game!" and they all applaud him. Or when the cops pull him over after he's gotten out of jail at the beginning and they're like "we know you got picked up by four black bitches from jail" and he wryly replies, "You forgot the white one!" If you like this movie, you guys should get Disco Godfather for your next meeting.

My alltime favorite blaxploitation movie is The Monkey Hustle, starring Yaphet Kotto from Homicide: Life On The Streets. This movie contains a classic pickup line: "Why don't we go discuss this over a hot sweet potato pie and a Colt?" Its enough to make Billy Dee William's proud.
"To avoid criticism: Do nothing, Say nothing, Be nothing" - Fred Shero

"You hear players, media people say it's tough to play in Philly in front of these fans. To those people, I say, you didn't have the guts to succeed here." - John Kruk

Holy Nihlists Batman!!!! How could ya'll forget "The Big Labowski?!?!? I used to drink to that once a week with my ninja, Dave, when I lived outside of Buffalo; "a drinking town with a football problem" as we used to call it. Speaking of outside of Buffalo, a little known movie called "Canadian Bacon" takes place outside of Buffalo and is a fantastic drinking movie. I recomend it "highly"
I taught I tat in Ted shed...

What about "Unforgiven"? I love it, a paean to whisky. Clint Eastwood as Will Muny a useless fucker until he's had a few. The ending is simply classic.

Will Muny: "Who's the owner of this shithole?"
Man steps forward and is promptly shot
Little Bill: "You just shot an unarmed man!"
Will Muny: "Well he should have armed himself before he decided to decorate his bar with my friend."
"If I had all the money that I've spent on drink, I'd spend it on drink!"
"The trouble with internet quotes is that one can never be sure if they are genuine." - Abraham Lincoln
