Attack of the 50ft. Woman 1958.
So this gal is married to a philandering husband and one day has a close encounter with an alien cyclops that crash landed nearby. This incident contaminates her with atomic radiation and she proceeds to grow to enormous proportions while her husband is getting laid regularly by the chicks he's hunting down. He meets a terrible fate as his wife goes looking for him.

The Quiet Earth (1985)

A man awakens to find himself alone in the world.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D1CGLZxSOUY

His only mistake was seeking others, which did pan out a decent looking chick, but it's short lived. Without ruining the movie, he makes some blunders in my opinion but still a good watch.... Better than I Legend

I know Stephen King gets a lot of hate, but this movie is perfectly done. I'm not even so much talking about the horror but the prelude to the horror. Something about his book signing that just brings home his naivety

Wow! That was quite a film. Can you imagine how that would affect you and what you would do? It blows my mind. I would think those department store dummies would get boring after a while. The spoiler is that certain physical constants changed and the fabric of reality changed eliminating all humans. Except we find out only those that were consciously available at the time were disappeared off the face of the earth. If you were stoned on heroin or in the middle of a sexual orgasm you were spared and found yourself all alone on planet Earth.

You just have to have lots of department-store-dummy sex. And, damn, some of those dummies have nice perky... uhh... yeah.
Don't worry. We're in no hurry.

THE THING FROM ANOTHER WORLD
That's James Arness in full make up. He was Marshal Dillon on the TV Western Gunsmoke so many decades ago.
