Try this one, "Wake in Fright", only of the earliest examples of Australian nihilist cinema, that would later go on to produce "Mad Max" and it's sequel, better known to our US co-Drunkardists as, "The Road Warrior".
Watch, "Wake with Fright" and enjoy. Really, do watch it. It's been missing for 40 years and now, for a few weeks, you can see it on YouTube for free. I beg you to take advantage of this and enjoy a bloody good movie!

If you want more information about the film, click here.

Oh...and it's got more boozing, fighting and (unnecessary) kangaroo killings in it, than you could wave a semi-filled glass of hooch at...
Reiterating this. Definitely a must see.

They got a lot of mileage out of Mad Max. Great action/adventure flicks everyone. It only confirms my belief that Aussies are crazy.

Terror of Tinytown 1938
This is the only all midget Western ever filmed, starring Billy Curtis.
They rode Shetland ponies and even built a midget scale stage coach pulled by, you guessed it, Shetland ponies.
This scene alone will send you into an extra dimensional stupor from which you may not return.

Paint Your Wagon.

Clint Eastwood and Lee Marvin in a Western Musical. Surprisingly it didn't suck. Lotsa boozin' in it too. Love this movie.

How can it be so cold in here? It's like Greenland in here. We've got to get some booze. It's the only solution to this intense cold. Something's got to be done. We can't go on like this. - Withnail

This guy is filthy rich. He has opened a chain of beer bars in SoCal called 'Rock and Brew'. They have dozens of premium craft beers on tap as well as full bar and non stop rock/metal music to rattle your brains. He's laughing all the way to the bank.

Okay so I am not suggesting anyone watch this again EVER but I had a most unfortunate recent incident where there was a Karate Kid marathon. It was terrible.
However...you will have a new perspective of this movie as you realize Daniel San was the real asshole and Johnny (the bully) was not. Daniel was a real douche! It's quite hilarious.

Big Trouble In Little China, etc.
I know this post is ancient but I had to comment because this movie was on last night and I can never not watch it. I know, I know, most of you will say it's terrible and yada yada yada but isn't it supposta be? Plus Kurt Russell is pure fking gold!

Watching it again reminded me of when I was an avid member and poster on IMDb message boards before they were taken down, which is the reason why I eventually dragged ass over to this board more often. You can blame IMDb for that.

There was a thread where you could post quotes from the movie that could be taken out of context -sexually- and it was quite hysterical. "It's all in the reflexes" being the most obvious. Us IMDber's put a lot of time and energy in these threads only for it to be taken away because of stupid interweb trolls. So it inspired me to post a few here for those of you who know or care about this movie. Please contribute (Badfellow) if you have any to share.

Big Trouble in Little China - Things you may or may not want to hear in the bedroom...
(All the best ones came from Kurt Russell of course).

Jack Burton: Is it getting hot in here, or is it just me?

Egg Shen: We're getting close, real close. And now for some more bad news... Ready?

Jack Burton: Would you stop rubbing your body up against mine, because I can't concentrate when you do that.

Egg Shen: See? That was nothing. But that's how it always begins. Very small.

Jack Burton: We shook the pillars of time, didn't we Wang?

Jack Burton: Ol' Jack always says... what the hell?

Jack Burton: Oh, my god, no. Please! What is that? Don't tell me!

Jack Burton: This is gonna take crackerjack timing, Wang.

Wang Chi: You ready, Jack?
Jack Burton: I was born ready.

Wang Chi: Don't give up, Jack!
Jack Burton: Oh, okay, I won't, Wang! Let's just *chew* our way outta here.

Gracie: What was that?
Jack Burton: 6.9 on the Richter scale!

Egg Shen: You will come out no more!
Jack Burton: What? Huh? What'll come out no more?
