Breakfast at Tiffany's. Drinking, yes. George Peppard from A-Team, Ayuh. Audrey. Mmmmm.

But Mickey Rooney? Just about impolitely correct, for all the wrong and funny reasons.

Goblets to Mancini.

Still one of my (and oldsmartasskunk's) favorites. It is reminiscent of some drunkards we know if they were going on holiday together. HA!

How can it be so cold in here? It's like Greenland in here. We've got to get some booze. It's the only solution to this intense cold. Something's got to be done. We can't go on like this. - Withnail

It's a conspiracy of silence. Y'all are a part of it because you listen to MSM.
You need to watch 'American Made', starring Tom Cruise as the infamous commercial air pilot, Barry Seal who had been working for the Medellin cartel out of Columbia, recruited by the CIA to run drugs and arms between Mena AK, while Bill Clinton was governor, and Nicaragua to fight the Sandinista Marxist rebels violating the Boland amendment prohibiting American money going to Central America for their defense. This was the George H.W. Bush term as the CIA director during Regan's first term later to become his VP. The critics panned it only because it told the truth!

Angel Face 1952 Trailer Jean Simmons, Robert Mitchum

I've become a student of Film Noir if you haven't noticed.
Here's the deal: it's all about darkness and sinners and true pulp fiction. After I've seen the most depraved and sinful film and witnessed the devious plot that ends in the death of the protagonists, along comes another that goes even lower to the realm of a horror movie for the final scene. What makes it so shocking is that it emerges from an atmosphere of pure civility. Plenty of booze and tobacco smoke. Check it out!

I've seen the American version. It sucks, unless you are a sadist.
