On the whole, it's not a bad movie but what I really hate is that even at the most stressful moments, the fuckers drink (and offer each other) godsdamned coffee!?!

From what I know of the period and the history of The Cuban Missile Crisis, they were handing out booze like Halloween candy (and Russians drinking coffee, when there is hooch to be had!?!)
Try tugging the other one Mr "Carrie Nation" Costner*, it's got piss on it.

* Seriously, look at his movie output. His films get dryer and dryer, until you reach the film over which he had the most control, WaterWorld, in which he portrays a character who actually does prefer to drink his own urine over hooch!??!

This is pc Hollywood and the desire to please D.C. today is just over the top. The government consultants they use have a say on what goes on the screen.

Ooh, and High Strung. Only available on VHS , which is kind of a problem, since my little grandboy shoved a hotwheel or whatever into the machine, and like, they don't make VCRs anymore. Like, excuse, okay, then make the fucking movie in dvd mmmkay> But yeah, I guess not.

They still make VCRs, but mostly in tandem with a DVD player.

Yep, that was the kind of machine little fart destroyed. Our Go Video was long since toast, along with our double cassette recorder. At least we have our Crosley turntable, so's we can listen to our 78's and vinyl.

VCRs are still widely available in second-hand stores, e-bay and other online sales sites (Craig's list or GumTree, spring to mind).

Way I figure it, VUDU is cloud, but you never lend something out and not get it back, it don't get broken, and if you have a device wirth a screen that connects to the cloud, then there you go.
