To redeem myself somehow

Indeed time to turn the tables around you liying on the ground and such. Beware of the ashtrays though!

Re: Whatcha listening to?
Tonight on Drunkard Radio, let's start things off with some proper drinking music.
First, a visit to the lounge with the drunkadelic San Francisco duo known as Tipsy. Are your pants too big? Well then, you must have Grossenhosen.
Next, an abstract track from an abstract band. The band is Medicine, and their claim to fame was a cameo in the 1994 movie The Crow. The track is called Zelzah and it sounds even the louder it is and the more you've had to drink.
Gotye feat. Kimbra gives us Somebody That I Used To Know, which fittingly enough also reminds me of somebody that I used to listen to, one Peter Gabriel and Digging In The Dirt.
The French artist known as Wax Tailor (aka Jean Christophe Le Saoute) revisits Nina Simone with How I Feel and spins some classical Old School influences with Damn That Music Made My Day. And damn, it did.
And finally, a little light and dirty whiskey music for those of you drinking at home to pretend you're at the bar. Take a cue from the Rolling Stones and do it Undercover of the Night followed by Dire Straits with a dear old favorite whiskey guzzling tune Sultans of Swing.
It's time for the heavy pouring, faithful listeners.
Drunkard Radio over and out.

Strange and nice, some for every one I hope. Excellent playlist again!
Dire Straits, cool man. Shot for ya! Brothers in drink
Litstening to the Godfather of all music Johann Sebastian Bach http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mGQLXRTl3Z0 and am drunkenly fading away. But the birds in the trees in front of the window tell me to sip another time, and they are damn right1

Brothers in Arms. Great stuff. That was one of the first CD's I ever owned along with Ministry, The Land of Rape and Honey.
Here's a nice beddy-bye blackout tune... Too Drunk To Dream by the Magnetic Fields. Damn if every word ain't true.

Re: Whatcha listening to?
Weird, but even though we have (I shit you not) a couple of thousand cds, more and more, I find myself listening to the sound of silence. (Not the Simon and Garfunkel, but just quiet. Blessed quiet. Except for those fucking dogs, and chollos with the big speakers and the damn high school loudspeaker announcements and the gawdamn icecream truck and the crows and aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
ooh.....ooh....
and then. the phone rings. awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww
