Amazing song that. I introduced my good lady to "There Goes the Fear" on Friday night while we were both under the influence of ecstacy. It pretty much blew her mind.

I'm currently listening to tracks from Flaming Lips' Soft Bulletin having a beer before work.

Perhaps this is all that is needed to convince me to visit the Navigator pub ( a couple of miles) up the road. That and the Wetherspoons beer festival having an american bent this year

Can't BELIEVE you are a Morcheeba fan, you are the only other person I have ever known who even knows who they are. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ObHm1dLuWWs
mainstream but that's what made me fall in love with Morcheeba, some stupid commercial then I looked Morcheeba up

If you like her, check out Burning Hearts- "Into the Wilderness" So Scandanavian, but sooo awsemome! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oXOcOUQIRrk

Love me some Massive Attack. My fave is with that Texas chick with the smoky voice, Hope something or other.

It's the kind of tune that makes you want to put the lights low and sip slow.

But now I'm listening to a badass of the blues piano. That is some serious honky tonk syncopation at about a minute and a half. Or is it Louisiana, or some Sunday go to meeting flavor you had in mind?

Dude

DRINK!

Chug, not sip.

Cheffie! Yes! I wear those pants all the time! This is so funny.

I've been listening to a lot of Trip Hop, it's pretty much all I listen to lately. With the commercials, yeah, I've heard Morcheeba, Zero 7, Massive Attack, Tricky, etc...they all seem to be a big hit with the advertising industry.

Then you might like this, "Faithless - Insomnia"...

I'm listening to "Half Man Half Biscuit - Everything's AOR", possibly the funniest (and most musical) song to make a good point about mainstream music.

Now that is a tale worth telling, young Lady: perhaps there should be a thread about such opportunities others might have had?

I'd read it, and I'd wager that others would also contribute to the thread...

Hmmm
