No, I have not. No more than it would be possible to forget The Kinks' classic Waterloo Sunset. However, since I made the post on a Sunday Afternoon, which, though lazy, was regrettably not sunny, I thought that The Small Faces' track was more apt that The Kinks'.Lush City wrote:Have you forgotten: Sunny Afternoon by the Kinks?

Waterloo Sunset is probably one of their best. It captured everything about '60's London with a lot of imagery. Am I right? Close?Palinka wrote:No, I have not. I have a better singer/songwriter station based on the Texas Troubadours, Ray Wily Hubbard, Townes Van Zandt and John Prine along with some of the newer ones Hayes Carrl and others. Much better station than just picking a genre.Rip Rufus wrote:Pandora. Was Warren Zevon. Now Springsteen. My bet is it sticks with the singer/songwriter thing and plays either Billy Joel or Jackson Brown next.

That's my uncle is a huge Townes Van Zandt fan. Never been able to get into his stuff myself.Patchez wrote:I have a better singer/songwriter station based on the Texas Troubadours, Ray Wily Hubbard, Townes Van Zandt and John Prine along with some of the newer ones Hayes Carrl and others.
