I was able to spring the old man out of the nursing home yesterday to bring home, drink Manhattens, smoke his pipe and play cribbage. He insisted on Perry Como and pulled out some old vinyl, the early stuff was o.k. but Perry trying to do 70's pop music is something they should be playing to inmates at Guantanamo.

Once upon every drunken night I stumble across one of these songs to look at pictures of old times, of long gone drunken nights, with people long gone, of events I can`t remotely remember and get almost teary.
Only then to realize: the story still has in no way endet. It`s your job to carry it on for the same distance at least and go from there.
Then I proceed with the hard stuff and listen to Some classic Sepultura.
The survivors called it judgement day. Only to face a new nightmare. The war against the drys!
