Not really a documentary, but informative.

Charlie Watts talking about his drum set...short, but long enough for a shot and a beer.

The Other One: The Long Strange Trip of Bob Weir

Now on Netflix. Highly recommended.

Watch while drinking some sort of cannabis concoction, barring that Absinthe.
Now you're ready for some anti-dry-otics!-BeerMakesMeSmarter

If worms had daggers, birds wouldn't fuck with them-Todd Snider

Blackout and be extraordinary-Absinthe of Malice

Nothing Can Hurt Me: Big Star currently on Netflix.

Alex Chilton and Chris Bell influence a generation and lose their minds.

That really is a good one.

I can't beliebe that no one has mentioned "Another State of Mind". It was heavily influential on me, back in the days of the VHS rental. I realize that "punk rock" is oft bandied about as something someone is into, but this really did have an effect on me in the mid-80's.

Another good one that I haven't been able to find in ages is "10 Wasted Years" about Iron Maiden.
“Süßen witwe Mutter-Hosen — kommst du hier mit mein knackenpfeife schnell, oder Ich zeige Ihnen mein Zuhälter Hand!”

"I am going to pistol-whip the next person who says 'shenanigans' "

"Rectum? It nearly killed him!"

Without a doubt, Who is Harry Nilsson (And Why Is Everybody Talkin' About Him)? Now that guy could party, and had a beautiful voice to boot. I knew only a little about Nilsson when I began watching but by the end I was a raving fan--which is the effect any good music doc should have on the viewer.
