I never would have believed that, but she told me the same thing the other day while you were at work.

The only thing you should put in a glass of Guiness is MORE GUINESS.

I get a lot of people asking for a splash of cranberry in their Guinness. It actually does take some of the tart out of the drink. That's why I prefer Murphy's to Guinness, same great stout, less bite.

I have heard this too, but I am too much of a snob to try it.

I really hate to put anything into my beer. That's why I stay away from Corona or any beer that suggests fruit.

If a beer can't stand on its two legs, I don't want none of it.

(What happened to my first post in this topic?)

Same here. I also stay away from beer that you can't drink at room temperature. For me it brings more of the flavor out. However on a hot day I like my beer cold.

Beer

I'm also in agreement. Cold beer in a cold glass or bottle. That's all. I even try to avoid drinking out of cans. If people want to flavor a drink, well, that's what everclear is for.

Do not defile the greatest of beers with anything other than more of the same.

I agree with golfhack, give it to me pure. Tart? I love the stuff, but don't recall it being tart. I think I just go used to it, I guess?
