HOLY SHIT! Great new drink!

Post by Cheffie »

Or I think so.

As I was sitting here alternating between a fine Beaujolais and Budweiser in a Can, I was pondering the "Brutal Hammer", as it is legendary here.

Something compelled me to mix the Beaujolais and the Bud, in my fine and classic wine glass.

Ladies & Gentlemen, Please welcome the..........

"BRUTAL BEER"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A Delightful Alternative to Sangrias & Mojitos, Especially On Hot Summer Days!!!!! Or use as a break between Brutal Hammers.

Cheers. I am sooooo fucking pleased with myself right now. (pats own back)

Mods: PLEASE do not send this to graveyard of Astonishing New Drink Recipes.

This is too important to not be told. I'd even TM or copyright this one if I could.

I betcha it works great with an already Sangria-like cold red, like the bubbly Lambrucso.

Shouldnd't feel too bad. Beaujolais is light on tannins which is what makes your mouth so dry, and Canned Bud is a Natural Hydrator!!!! (invoking those non-existing truth-in-advertising laws-for booze in Ireland- again)

Yup. I hate wine that gives you a sensation in your mouth like you'd just eaten a piece of chalk with some nasty bitter seasoning. Yuk. just sayin'.

I did this in the past, well, accidentally. I did not fancy it too much, but I'd have concidered it a waste not to drink it. But I'm happy that you found a new delicate of yours! You can keep the copyright, I actually did not bother to give it a name - well apart from "shit!" (hmmm. a new coctail name, must remember this).

I think I'd call this drink "The Anti-Christ".

You know, turning wine into water....

Glad you like it though, Cheffie! Enjoy your new invention!
