Late Saturday night I finally made my new variation on the White Russian.
2oz. Vodka
1 1/2oz. Brown Creme de Cacao
1 1/2oz. Chocolate Milk
2-3 drops Vanilla Extract (or just 2oz Absolut Vanilla, the only 80 proof vanilla vodka)
Ice
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker. When you're through shaking, strain into a rocks or old fashioned glass. All in all, pretty good; definitely chocolaty, goes down quite nice, and you can actually taste the liquor.
