Woods 100 navy rum

Anyone tried this? Thinking of investing in a bottle...57% isn't bad and its supposed to be proper navy rum. Just need 20 quid.

i Don't Know about US availability (never been there to need to know) but it must be available. Its in my local coner shop here.

Never seen it here, but I did hear of a huge local liquor store that just opened so I will take a look. I need to find me Famous Grouse black.

Black grouse is good, but black bottles is better. Woods rum is good and powerful...can see why the british navy miss the black tot.

I love it, great with ginger beer old jamaican works best), lime juice & angustora bitters. It's really spicy compared to a lot of the normal dark rums in the uk.

I have Lambs navy rum at 151 proof.

I have lamb's all the time, but I never see it on sale higher than 40% abv (80 proof) wish I could get it stronger 'cus it's lovely though

had a root about on the internet, and I think the 151 proof is made in canadia, while the stuff I get is the original distilled in england, I wonder are they two different companies, or just different arms of the same business
