3/4 cup whiskey of your choice. Bourbon works well, naturally.
1/4 cup dry sherry
1/2 cup pure maple syrup.
Shake well and pour over shaved ice in a glass of your choice. I think a champagne flute may actually be the best choice, though.
Whiskey and maple

Re: Whiskey and maple
That seems like a lot of maple syrup. Badfellow and I were doing some drinking a few weeks ago and mixed some Benchmark with coffee it had an undeniable maple-y taste that seemed to come out of nowhere and it was delicious.

Oggar any plans to get together with Badfellow in the near future? He has something you may well enjoy. Though you may have to act fast.Oggar wrote:That seems like a lot of maple syrup.
