Welcome aboard!

I have no idea of a mixed drink that would celebrate all of those so I would go with one named after New York City. Being the big ethnic mixing pot that it is seems as good an idea as any.

The Big Apple

1 0z. calvados
2 tsp brandy
1 0z. apple juice
Mix together, with ice, in a mixing glass. Strain into cocktail glass.

I would think that a Bombay Sapphire Martini (with a twist of lime), and a beer back, would cover all the bases.
