I didn't come up with the name so I'm not sure what it means - this is the name given to a more detailed version on Wikipedia. Choice drink for fans of all things bloody and with a bit if extra punch.
1 shot tequila reposado
Approx 175ml cerveza (or any crisp and dry lager)
Fill with tomato juice
Tabasco, lime, worcestshire to taste
Obviously works a charm as an alternative to morning Marys, but I'll enjoy at any time when I'm ready for something with a bit and the capacity to fill the stomach. Meal in a glass indeed.

Not for the faint of heart sure, but really not too different to a good old fashioned cerveza preperada (bloody beer w/ hot sauce and lime). Try it! It's the day of the dead after all
