Canadian Sour

Basically a whiskey sour, but much better.

Ingredients are:

Canadian whiskey (Seagrams VO is my favorite)
Carton of liquid egg white
Maple syrup
Fresh lemons (or juice)
Grenadine

Tbasic drink is:
1 shot of egg white, 1 shot of lemon juice, 1 shot of maple syrup, dash of grenadine, combine in a shaker full of ice, emulsify (shake that shit silly for 30 seconds), add 1-4 shots of whiskey, depending on taste, shake for another 20 seconds, strain and pour over ice in a frosted tumbler.

I like maybe three mixed drinks, and this is one. Gives me an excuse to drink whiskey neat around my family at the holidays. I make them these and they love them, then I just leave out all the ingredients for my own.

Raw egg is a no go in germany, does the bourbon kill all the germs?

raw eggs won't kill you, thye just aste weird if they arent mixed with something

Hollondaise sauce is made from raw eggs and lemon. Maybe with vodka it would be a breakfast for the Oett?
