2/3 oz/20ml Grappa
1/3 oz/10ml Sambuca
1/3 oz/10ml Dry Vermouth
Ice Cubes.
Shake all ingredients over Ice and strain. Then add ice. Garnish with olives
Served in a 7 oz/200ml highball glass.
This sounds hellish yet intriguing.

Juniper and anise? Hmmm... Indeed intriguing. That's a combo that has to be tasted: hard to imagine the taste. I'd go with a dash off bitters to cut the sweetness of the grappa. Or do ya think the dry vermouth would take care of that?

Willie I agree. It does sound interesting. That's why I want to try it. Not sure if I want to get all the fixin's or just order one in a bar.
