While I doubt the Lakers will be able to get past Oklahoma City, or that the Clippers can defeat the Spurs in their series, if it happened, the Lakers would have "home court", on the strength of their better record. Since both teams play in the same building, they would use the Lakers' floor for their respective home games (4 max) and the Clippers' floor for theirs (3 max). Staples Center has a removable basketball floor for each team, with each floor having that team's respective logo.
I've never known exactly how the locker rooms are assigned when these teams have met in the regular season, but I imagine the "home team" gets their choice of the facilities.
