In-the-shell salted peanuts. Anything else is just too damn messy.

On a side note - anyone know how salted peanuts get the salt while they're in the shell? That's RIGHT, bitches. Dem peanuts is soaked in a brine solution prior to roasting.

I'm going back to the Costco and getting a 5lb. bag tomorrow.

Damn straight, they are. And they're deliscious. Now, if you're in the deep south, you'll boil em in that drine and take right out of the vat. You won't find that anywhere else.

Edit: drine = brine.
