Just chowed on 4 xl eggs, scrambled with half and half. Bell pepper, onion, ham, and extra sharp cheddar shredded over it. Pan fried with butter, not oil or cooking spray. Served with fresh cinnamon rolls on the side and a Screwdriver to wash it down with...

Friday night dinner...

Now... more vodka...

no, but my friend's granny shared her technique for poaching eggs in the microwave: "Break an egg into a tupperware box and microwave on full power. When it goes bang it"s ready"

Pork Sirloin in mustard marinade with some cranberries and new potatoes.

Soon I will proceed to dunk some smoked salmon in friend's get together thing. Also vodka and cold beer. Lots of cold beer.

It isn't even sunny and it's +27 Celsius, wtf?

My first attempt at brisket. With Franklin's video series and him as my Spirit guide I'm trying it on a stick fired side box smoker. Wish me luck.

I had a Whopper for lunch. It had been ages since I had one. For a fast food burger, it was still alright.

I just got an Instant Pot and I have no idea what to do with it. It intimidates me. Any beginner recipes? (SERIOUS beginner, like "meat and a few canned ingredients mixed together")
