This is a copycat recipe, but with an added beautification.
I once "fucked" up some meatballs but discovered something wonderful.
Basically, make this recipe: https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/21374 ... l-nirvana/, but instead of added an egg, instill 1 (8 ounce) can jellied cranberry sauce. Cook it into the meat. You won't be disappointed...

Simmer if you have the time. The longer it stays in the sauce, the better it tastes

hmmm...perhaps I am cooking a little hotter than a simmer. Next time I won't fuck it up. Unless I end up fucking it up anyway. It's entirely possible.
