Re: Eyeopener
Well, for breakfast, after a particularly difficult night, I skip the mixers, down the bourbon, and then mix up the lovely milk drink. (And scream at Grumpy, because the bacon is not done. )

Oh hun. water. sugar. stir or lightly cook to dissolve. cool. use in drinks. add lemon and or lime juice for sweet and sour mix. do not go to bars where they dispense sweet and sour from bottles or boxes from the likker mart.Palinka wrote:Please would you repeat the recipe in metric, Dear Lady, S.?

Re: Eyeopener
At some point Palinka said herby stuff would be good for one's stommy(*Unicum I believe was the case). Today I felt stable enough to try it. I've had 8 shots jaeger so far today.
I might need to purchase a sammich or sumfin.
Edit: As per usual I prefer whatever is at hand as eye opener, followed shortly by half a pan of coffee.

Re: Eyeopener
Unicum is oddly similar to and yet different from Jaeger... BUT, I tried Unicum after eating fresh brownies and it was PERFECT.Bur wrote:At some point Palinka said herby stuff would be good for one's stommy(*Unicum I believe was the case). Re: Eyeopener
I need a new breakfast drink. The old familiars are just too familiar. Something new, something perhaps a tad exotic...
