Picked some up yesterday. I'd never tried it before, but the price and prof were right, so I grabbed a handle.
That's some smooth Bourbon. Those of you who need a good burn from your booze should keep on looking, because on the rocks, with a splash of seltzer, this stuff goes down nice.
The gold foil top and gold cap are a bit much, but outside appearances don't make the drink. The handle gets bonus points for actually having a handle.
All said, I'd recommend this fine libation. It makes the fifth distinct Evan Williams product to set on the home bar.... which makes me feel like a brand snob. And I'm picking up some green label today for #6.
