I dont think anyone's that stupid....I'm sure he meant 1 minute ride, he said it was a mile and a half away...That being said, he's a fucking lightweight. He's worthless

You can tell by the clarity of his recollections he was Foster Brooking it. My guess is the guy was a freshman. It reeks of inexperience at reigning in the lowered inhibition line.
