First time getting cut off

Post by BalzactheJawsofDeath »

I wrote a long, detailed and boring recount of my first time being unjustly cut off for the first time. However, it took so long that I was automatically logged out(cut off) from the forum. So I will sum it up. Four beers and one shot before being sent on my way to the store across the way for a bottle of jim beam. Since I dont have the enthusiasm to type this downer of a tale again, I will cut to the point. Post your tales of your first time being cut off. So that I might have some distraction from my own shortcomings.

i don't recall ever being cut off. though some friends did recommend once that i "save some of that whiskey for tomorrow." i was in such a good mood, i complied, and switched to beer.

Nopes, I'll usually just get thrown out. Though within last few weeks I think once on saturday morning they said "nopes" on liquer store. I was or am now in no condition to argue if I was intoxicated at that point little bit too much or sumshit.

never cut off at the bar, but back when I was 21 and my buddies were 20, They'd use me to buy liquor/beer. One time I was drunk enough that the female bartender(at a place that sold bottles for takeaway) took one look at my grin and just said "No."

We went to another place a block away, I put my game face on(I actually applied some of MDMs "how to blend in with the drys" advice, and got liquor. Success!

There are ridiculous drinking laws where I live, 25 (kid you not) is the age you can legally drink, though of course, the rule is wisely never applied and Iv not had a problem getting buying and consuming alcohol since I was in my young teens.

Till this time one wanker of a bartender at a bowling alley/entertainment place decided to enforce it, and worse, said even those above 25 could buy only 2 drinks at once on one id. Only one chap in our group fit that critera, and it was unanimously decided that my need was greatest, so he bought me 2 beers on his id to keep me shut up for half n hour while they finished their pool game and then we all left for a sensible bar.

That's the spirit, only time I was actually cut out per se was at this posh new lounge/disc where after having a regular evening's drinking I proceeded to climb in to the DJ's booth to ask him if he had anything stronger, then generally ambled around, called me boss to tell him what a right cnut he was, called me colleagues to tell em what I'd told my boss (although both of these events I was unaware of till next noon when I decided to call in sick and got a rather unexpected response), and then made a little mess in the washroom (nothing epic, mind you).

They were rather firm in telling the bellboy to "please escort the gentleman to his car" (after I'd payed more than what I suspected I'd drank worth) , which I thought was rather irresponsible of them considering I wasn't really in condition to drive and thus it wasn't surprising that I left in a huff and didn't even realise till much later that the crazy guy running after my car must have been the paid parking attendant wanting his fee.

The fact that you went to a club and drove home drunk means you owe some points here. I'm not sure which is worse.

I was barred from my last hockey clubs bar (which was both swanky and quite cheap - good combination) it was the end of season party, and I had a few bottles of wine too many. I blacked out. Few pictures of me leching, falling over and being a nuisance. I woke up in my bed, knowing I had done something wrong. Got a phonecall from the head barman a few days later, asking me if I knew why he was calling. I said I guess I was a bit drunk. Apparently I was found at the bottom of the stairs down to the cellar, with my trousers around my ankles and a smashed bottle of port beside me. I suppose that explains the stains on my suit. He told me not to come back until I could hold my drink. Funny part was, he said to me "we've all been there before". Doesn't seems so funny now I read through this, but I laughed at the time.

I don't think I've ever been cut off, but I have been thrown out of bars for sleeping a few times.

damn, seen a few idiots get into fights, spit across bars, but luckily i've had the control to be at least reassured over my drinking rather than let it take over me. that's not to say i'm a hardass though, just respectable of the owners residence and remembering I am only a guest.

Not getting in counts as being cut off? Only happened once, downed a handle of vodka and went down town and they wouldn't let me in. Don't remember much from that evening. Woke up in the middle of the night with my head in a pool of my own wonderfully clear slimy vomit in the wrong staircase trying to get into an apartment which wasn't mine. Ah, those were the days. At least I didn't almost die. Not that time.

can't remember the first time, but I can guarantee it was for my mouth. Lately it only happens at the casino when I'm winning. If I'm losing... bombs away.
