The West Cork Bog Oak is heftily-bodied for an Irish whiskey. Really weak on the nose.

Mouthful is subtlety smokey and fruity. Some sherry-like sweetness.

This is a nice whiskey, but a bit unbalanced.
Oh God, my grandmother would kill me.

Whiskey in the jar... Oh i was swimming amongst tue carry. Sherry mountains, oh the captainsays oh kiwa immy mountains, and there she stpod, amongst me mollies chanmber, when the catfish of these catty ranger, oh we dum dotty, we rang doll da da dolly, it was whiskey in the jar......
