Beer and Bourbon Festival, Timonium MD March 21,22

Post by Patchez » Fri Jan 24, 2014 8:13 am

Well this will be a tough call. This Beer and Bourbon Festival or the Shamrock Fest.

Which one interest the local drunks the most?

Go for the former. The latter even has "sham" in its name.

In any case, you always know where you stand with beer and bourbon; usually lying down (after a while).

Miss Construency is the evil sister of Miss E, as in the drug called Ecstasy.

Men in Grey from Momo huh? Too bad she is not in drinking age, because then her struggles with time and men in grey would exponentiate by a lousy million.

Hotel booked right around the corner from the fairgrounds. Now I just need to find something to do after the fest. Damn thing ends at 6. I will not waste the rest of the evening hooching in the hotel room. What trouble may I perpetrate on Baltimore?

When I found myself at a loose end in Baltimore, I found that a subtly concealed hip-flask, a copy of The Raven (or The Cask of Amontillado) and a perch on Poe's grave passed a wonderful hour.
There were photographs of this event on The Board but I have no idea if they are still extant.
