I was finally putting an end to something I should have ended five years ago last week. A mutual friend of both parties involved asked me how I was doing. I responded: "You know why I love whiskey? Because it goes from recreational drug to prescription anasthetic at precisely the moment you realize it needs to"

I'm laying claim to that unless someone else here can humble me as to a true origin(I ain't that clever, and I know it)
