I don't even mind stupid people at bars, or mooches or whatever. (I don't smoke anymore, so I like turning people away.) And of course, I love talking to ladies. I just don't get the guys that are trying to impress other guys and get other guys to like them. I mean, if its a friend of a friend or a guy you need to befriend strategically, okay. I just don't like dudes that either A: Get all up on my shit, or B: overhear my savage wit and freeminded banter and decide to somehow hold it against me. I guess I just want to be left alone by dudes I don't know. I have enough guy friends.

Whew. Last night was crazy. I am wearing what I was wearing last night, and I have a large stain from what appears to be drool on my black corduroy shirt. My buddy Dave was in rare form at The Woodshed. He started a bar fight that he didn't participate in, merely standing with a beer in one hand and his other hand in his pocket, laughing as the melee broke out. His ex-girlfriend showed up and was mad at him for being a drunken fool. He told her off. This morning he got a text from her saying "I don't think you are ready to be my friend yet."
He sent her one back, in the Pizza parlor, to me and my buddy Bill's amusement, that said "Pound Sand."
She replied with "What does that even mean?"
He replied "Kick Rocks."
At this point I was in tears.
His plan is to get banned for life from Joe's another local bar, and one that I have been thrown out of before. Dear Lord. I need to get off this Island.

More dispatches of things I can't remember from last night. I vaguely remember yelling at my buddy Justin about something. I apologized to him today and he said that we had hugged it out last night. Apparently we were watching Wu Tang videos and when CREAM came on I said it was the "soundtrack to our lives" then we hugged. Holy Moses, blackouts are weird.

Since I don't think there are any good trout fishing areas in San Francisco, I think my cigs/booze are safe. Oh, snap!
