Depends on how bad I'm hurtin'...
Scrambled eggs, BACON! Artichoke hearts. Black tea. Humus is great for hangovers too.
Pop some vitamins.
Much later I'll drink a V8 with a shot of vodka and I'm in the clear.

Hard to argue with bacon. When the aforementioned fried oysters aren't available (and they often aren't), bacon is very nice. Very nice indeed.
Artichoke hearts are very delicious, but (iirc) I've only had them at dinner.
mmmm now I'm hungry.

Two eggs sunny-side up, bacon, sausage, home fries, fried beans, fried tomatoes, white pudding, black pudding, rye toast and a side of scrapple.

Re: Your favorite hangover breakfast?
pork scratchings are always good, or reheated curry/pizza as long as there's enough meat in it. If I have the time, I'll have sausage, bacon, about 4 eggs, fried bread, soda bread, wheaten soda, potato bread (all fried), fried mushrooms, maybe a tomato if I'm feeling brave. Black and white pudding, and maybe square sausage if it's on. Sadly I never have all these things so it's usually boiled eggs and pork scratchings. Screwdrivers in a jug kept iced

Alternatively ... french toast, home fries, and some kind of combination of 2/3 of pork roll, scrapple, bacon

Bloody Mary, extra spicy. Maybe a Guinness later on.

Anything fried and full of meat. Eggs are good if accompanied by meat and toasted bread.
