We have a fridge with an icemaker. I like to fill the little glass with lots of ice and pour the Bourbon over it. As the frozen crescents melt the flavor turns sweeter and paler, and after draining it to fragile husks of Bourbon soaked ice, the next pour over fresh rocks reignites the Whiskey engine. Vroom.
