Drunkards near Cleveland, St. Patty's

Post by Resident Asshole »

So, the wife and I are going to see They Might Be Giants in Cleveland on St. Patty's Day. Anyone going to be around the area? Beachland Ballroom is where the actual show is, but we will likely go out before and after the show as we have a hotel for the night.

Any recommended bars?

What are your plans for this weekend?

There's some sort of holiday.

I need a fresh pair of glasses.

Cheers. Friday is practice day

I suggest that you go to the "Favourite Bars" forum and check out "Massive Drunk"'s reccomendations. From memory he has listed at least 10 decent bars, from dives to classy joints, in Cleveland.

doesn't sound great, but at least there's sunday to look forward to.
I'm going on a brewery tour, playing two (field) hockey matches and then I will be going for a few quiet drinks on sunday, probably with Shane's Dentist

I will be on a coach for 8 hours escorting children on a school trip for a week. So y'know, lots of fun there.

I don't celebrate St Patrick's day, mainly because I'm English and while I have many great Irish friends and am happy for them to celbrate it, not enough English folk celebrate St George's day in my opinion.

That said I hope all of you indulging enjoy yourselves :)

Also it's my Dad's birthday so he kind of takes priority :)

Tonight I'm gonna drink til I stop pouring drinks down my neck. Then tomorrow I'm gonna get up and get drunk and collect all the tree branches outta my yard and cut em up. Then I'm gonna burn em in THE CAULDRON.

I'll bet I get drunk doing that shit.
Then Sunday I'm gonna get drunk and go check on my gold.
