Lately picked up some old Alvin Lee. Great guitar. Also recently got turned on to Volbeat, Grand Magus, and Halfway to Gone.

Alvin Lee joined Zappa and his crew for a tour back in the late '80's.

Zappa at his peak insisted on the best talent to accompany him. Lee was faster than fast and in my opinion never saw his real potential only because we only live for a short a time.
