I take it on and off, I did not notice any added benifits while on it...like you said it wont hurt. The benifits may show themselves 20 years from now when doctors marvel at how you are still alive and healthy while consuming a fifth a day.

Didn't work for me. My doc says my liver enzymes are way up the chart.

and still I drink. Well, at least my hair is growing back. So I have that going for me.

How about cilantro? Always heard that was good for the ol' booze-processor.
