Just saw it on FB. Truly saddened. Tony was an amazing person. Enjoyed his company at the conventions and the many drunk dials and chats. He will be missed by all who knew him.

I have these Christmas tree ornaments that are penguins. I'd always text a picture of them to Tony and he'd respond with "Hide your booze!!!!" or something similar. Too good of a guy to be gone.
I'll miss you, pallie.

Never got to meet him but we conversed quite a bit and from all tales I've heard he was a great guy. What a bummer man, he was a legend around here. What happened?

I never had the honour to meet him in person but we talked a bit after I wrote this silly tale about " why Mayhem hates the Welsh" and he seemed like a really great guy with a serious sense of humour. He'll be missed.

Well-spoken, large drunkard from the north. Goddammit. Tony was always 1st class. I just hope he passed in peace, whatever his circumstance.
He let my wife pee in his side yard and didn't even complain. That's how solid he was. sonofabitch....

Tony was one of the the regulars on this board that helped me through some weird times, whether he knew it or not. We crossed paths on Facebook now and then, but I never met him in person. Knowing I'll never get the chance is a real bummer. I'll raise a few in his honor. To Mayhem!

I'm just so sad to hear this news. Tony was the first drunkard I had a DD with after discovering this board. I used to talk to him late at night while hanging my head out the den window so I could smoke inside. He put the Goose and I up for a night while we were driving to MassKon, and took us to the Toad for a drink. I still remember when he, Nic and Marsha arrived at the Schmooperbowl (I remember it much too well as I was pregnant and undrunk). He sent a great HBE package one year including a cute outfit for the gosling. He was a genuinely good and caring person, and the world is a darker place without him in it. Also, he reveled in making fun of Goose, which is always a bonus. :)
