Wow...what a kick in the gut. It's truly a sad day for us all that such a wonderful person was taken from this earth. Mayhem, you will be missed.

I know I haven't been around much, but Mayhem was one of the reasons I loved this board so much and actually started posting in the first place. I hope all of his MDM friends are doing okay tonight. first DJF, now Mayhem. I'm sad.

This is simply awful news. I don't do FB and am hardly around here much anymore but for some reason I was inclined to log on tonight. I always loved the Mayem and his sense of humor was very special to me. I need to go now and pour a stiff one for him.

What terrible news.
This board was a shadow of its self without him posting and now the world is diminished by his passing.

The first time I met Tony, he was very drunk.

I offered to help him stagger home from the Con II site, and the two of us formed quite a pair, shambling down the sidewalk (which was conspicuously zig-zagginng beneath).

His mass being somewhat greater than mine, it was quite a challenge trying to keep his face off the pavement. But with resolve, cheer, and mutual expressions of love, we made it back to his room, whereupon I deposited him and returned to the festivities.

He wasn't heavy. He was my brother.

I'll miss you Tony Mayhem.

Love,
your friend Steve

Good friend.
